Vizient Pharmacy Vision Awards: excellence in clinical pharmacy practice

Dr. Shirley Wong, Clinical Program Pharmacist, and Dr. Stephanie Hsia, Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at UCSF, winners of the Vizient Pharmacy Vision Award for Excellence in clinical practice, discuss their program helped UCSF to reach a system wide goal of 73% blood pressure control in our African American population and close the disparity in hypertension control with host Gretchen Brummel.
