Just culture - A case of mistaken identity

Every year, the Vizient Pharmacy Vision Awards celebrate the values and achievements of Vizient member pharmacies. In 2022, the MD Anderson Pharmacy Division won the Excellence and Performance Improvement Award for working toward a just culture through education and evaluation of adverse events.
